These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the India Infra Store website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering, or placing an order through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

Our goal is to provide a transparent, efficient, and reliable procurement platform for construction and infrastructure materials. These Terms explain how our Platform works, your responsibilities as a user, and our responsibilities as a service provider.

1. About India Infra Store

India Infra Store is a digital procurement platform that enables individuals, businesses, contractors, fabricators, manufacturers, and other commercial buyers to purchase construction and infrastructure materials through a structured and transparent process.

Product availability, specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines may vary depending on location, stock availability, and market conditions.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• If acting on behalf of a business or organisation, you are authorised to do so.
• The information provided by you is accurate and complete.

3. User Account

Certain services may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.

India Infra Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information or where misuse of the Platform is suspected.

4. Product Information & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate.

However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
• Colours, finish, branding, or appearance may vary.
• Minor variations within accepted manufacturing standards shall not be considered defects.
• Prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
• Adding a product to the cart does not reserve inventory or lock the displayed price.

The applicable price shall be the price prevailing at the time the payment is successfully received by India Infra Store. Until payment is received, all prices are indicative only and do not constitute a confirmed offer.

5. Orders

Placing an order through the Platform constitutes a request to purchase and does not create a binding contract between the customer and India Infra Store.

An order shall be considered confirmed only after successful receipt of payment and acceptance by India Infra Store.

India Infra Store reserves the right to decline, modify, partially fulfil, or cancel any order before confirmation due to stock unavailability, pricing revisions, technical issues, suspected fraud, or any other legitimate business reason.

Where an order is cancelled by India Infra Store after payment has been received, any eligible refund shall be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Payments

Payment for orders may be made through the payment options made available on the Platform or by offline bank transfer, as communicated by India Infra Store.

An order shall be considered for confirmation only upon successful receipt and verification of the full payment by India Infra Store.

Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), shall be charged in accordance with applicable laws.

India Infra Store reserves the right to withhold dispatch until the payment has been successfully received and verified.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate GST registration details at the time of placing an order. Tax Invoices shall be generated based on the GST details provided by the customer. Customers are requested to verify their GST details and notify India Infra Store of any errors within seven (7) days from the date of the Tax Invoice. After the expiry of this period, India Infra Store shall not be responsible for any corrections, amendments, or liabilities arising from incorrect GST information provided by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines provided by India Infra Store are estimates only and may vary due to transportation delays, weather conditions, government restrictions, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To ensure timely fulfilment of an order, India Infra Store may dispatch materials from one or more warehouses.

The customer shall ensure that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for unloading the materials.

Any waiting charges, detention charges, unloading delays, re-delivery charges, or additional transportation costs incurred due to site conditions or customer-related delays shall be borne by the customer.

8. Weight & Quantity

Steel and allied construction materials are generally supplied and billed based on the actual dispatched weight, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Minor manufacturing tolerances relating to dimensions, thickness, length, weight, surface finish, or appearance shall not be considered defects and are accepted industry standards.

Customers are advised to inspect the quantity and visible condition of the materials at the time of delivery and immediately notify India Infra Store of any shortages or visible damage.

For Semi Section Pipes / Patti Pipes: Due to the manufacturing process and the nature of the product, minor variations such as open seams, bends, twists, dimensional variations, surface rust, or similar manufacturing characteristics may be present. These are normal trade characteristics of Semi Section Pipes / Patti Pipes and shall not be treated as defects or grounds for return, replacement, or exchange.

9. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation requests shall be governed by the Refund Policy available on the Platform.

Due to the nature of steel and construction materials, India Infra Store follows a strict No Return, No Exchange Policy. Customers are requested to verify all product specifications before placing an order.

10. User Responsibilities

While using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Verify product specifications before placing an order.
• Ensure that appropriate arrangements are made for receiving and unloading goods.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorised access to the Platform.
• Maintain the confidentiality of quotations, Proforma Invoices (PIs), Tax Invoices and other commercial information provided by India Infra Store. Such information is intended solely for the recipient and shall not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or shared with any third party without the prior written consent of India Infra Store.

11. Electronic Communication

By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from India Infra Store through electronic means, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, notifications, or other digital communication channels.

Such communications, including quotations, Proforma Invoices (PIs), Tax Invoices, order confirmations, payment confirmations, dispatch updates, delivery updates, and other transaction-related communications, shall be deemed valid and shall satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be made in writing.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, graphics, software, text, product information, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to India Infra Store and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

India Infra Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform or the purchase of products.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the relevant order giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

15. Changes to these Terms

India Infra Store may revise these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
